This 3.000 year old town has been declared Historic and Artistic Zone and of Cultural Interest, and was given a Prize to the Beautification of Andalusian Towns.

It is well known for its beautiful white streets, its railed balconies and windows and its much appreciated, genuine and delicious traditionally made cakes and its vast gastronomy.

Located in the heart of the province of Cadiz in the Bull Route - between the mountain and the sea - Medina Sidonia, over 300 mts. high, has a privileged view of country-side and the Bay of Cádiz.
